1. Returns Eligibility
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
After initiation, please send your return within 5 working days.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to:
- Digital products
- Gift cards
Made to order items such as custom products
3. Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@hivem1nd.com with your order number and please provide us with a reason for return (this is not mandatory).
Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary shipping information.
Use the following address for all returns to HIVEM1ND:

Do not ship returns before approval and after providing us with your return information.
Returns shipped to us without properly following our return policy will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping cost
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Packaging: Make sure you return your product in the box it came with or use a sufficiently protective, prefferably cardboard, box.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Reasons for rejection of a return are for example, but not limited to:
- Human or animal hair on the product
- Used products
- Dirty products
- Damaged products
- Products in a any other state that is not suitable for re-sell
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Usually this only takes a couple of days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@hivem1nd.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
